Cancellation & Rescheduling policy

For canceling your reservation:

Free cancellation more than 10 days before arrival. Cancellations within 10 days of arrival are charged the full stay. A 25% deposit is due at booking; the balance is due at check-in.

- Once a reservation has been rescheduled,

It can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Rescheduling your reservation:

• More than 30 days before arrival → full refund

• 15–29 days before arrival → 50% refund

• 14 days or less → no refund
